[RESOLVED] February 13th, 2020- Exchange platform impaired

We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our Exchange platform. Customers are not able to send or receive emails. 

Our Administrators are currently investigating the event. In the meantime, you can reach us via email at support@hostmysite.com.

 

Updates:

06:30 AM CT - Our team identified an event with our Exchange platform and are working to have services restored. Once we have an update we will be posting it here. Thank you for your understanding.

09:40 AM CT - The root cause of the problem was isolated and a fix was deployed. 

10:15 AM CT - Mail flow is restored. All email services are working properly.
