[RESOLVED] April 02, 2020 - SmarterMail platform impaired.

We are currently investigating a service impacting event, affecting our SmarterMail platform. Customers are not able to configure their email clients using the SSL settings.

Our Administrators are currently investigating the event. In the meantime, you can reach us via email at support@hostmysite.com.

3:00 PM CT - Our team identified an event with our SmarterMail platform and are working to have it restored. Once we have an update we will be posting it here. Thank you for your understanding.

5:36 PM CT - Our administrators continue to make progress towards resolving the issue.
